The information provided on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, laboratory, clinical, or legal advice. Our flow cytometry and bioinformatics consulting services are provided on a contract or project basis under a written agreement. Use of this site, including viewing content or submitting an inquiry, does not by itself establish a formal consultant–client relationship.
-
Browsing this website, contacting us by email, or submitting a form does not create a consulting, advisory, or service relationship between you and FlowBio LLC. A consulting engagement begins only upon execution of a written Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or equivalent signed agreement between FlowBio LLC and the client.
-
All consulting engagements with FlowBio LLC are governed by a separate written agreement — typically a Master Services Agreement and one or more Statements of Work. The terms of that agreement, including those related to scope, deliverables, warranties, confidentiality, indemnification, and limitation of liability, control the engagement.
In the event of any conflict between the content of this website and the terms of a signed agreement with a client, the signed agreement controls.
-
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, all analyses, methods, protocols, software, scripts, reports, and other deliverables provided by FlowBio LLC are intended for research, methods development, process improvement, or other non-clinical use only.
Content on this site and work performed under standard consulting engagements is not intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease, and is not validated for clinical, diagnostic, or regulated in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) use. Clients requiring work performed under CLIA, CAP, FDA, or equivalent regulatory frameworks must contract for that scope explicitly.
-
While we strive for precision in our bioinformatics analyses, methods development, experimental design, flow cytometry protocols, and consultations, FlowBio LLC does not warrant that the tools, software snippets, or data interpretations provided on this site are free from error. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the accessibility, accuracy, or content of third-party bioinformatics databases, publications, or software linked from or referenced on this site.
